Constant, stilly humour from start to finish. Was amazing. Better than I thought. Great for kids and adults.

I was gifted "The View from the Shard" experience from my wife for my birthday, and it was the absolute perfect way to kick off my birthday adventures!The booking process using the gift voucher was seamless and very easy to navigate online. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Zooming up to the top floors in the high-speed lifts set an exciting, high-energy tone for the rest of the celebration.The 360-degree panoramic views of London from the open-air Skydeck are genuinely breath-taking. Looking down over the River Thames and the city skyline made for some incredible photos and memories. It felt exclusive, special, and gave us that "top of the world" feeling to start my birthday with a bang.

I treated my sister and I to a wonderful day at kew Gardens. We had a full and enjoyable day there. The price was excellent. ??

Fantastic show and fabulous costumes with amazing cast

The Lion Rock tearooms delivered on several levels all excellent. Location, character (delightfully quirky) a grest afternoon tea witj great choices and perhaps the biggest differentiator, quality of service which was highly competent, confident and friendly which was a big contributor to our enjoyment. The five stars are therefore for the Lion Rock which we were very impressed with. This experience was was a gift from a friend and we were very grateful to receive it. I have to say however that in many ways administering the Buyagift voucher and making the booking at a location acceptably near to where we live was quite a challenge and to be coloquial a bit of a pain. A booklet accompanying the gift voucher was nicely presented and promised much. It featured the Lion Rock at Cheddar but when we went to book it on the buyagift website there was no sign of it. Our live chat enquiry was met with the suggestion that Buyagift were no longer partnering with this establishment. However a Google search revealed that Buyagift were indeed selling experiences at the Lion Rock. It seemed that the customer service team were not terribly aware of what was on offer but after some protracted investigation we sucessfully made the booking with Lion Rock and from there everything was great. I highly recommend the Lion Rock but suggest booking direct if you can rather than through Buyagift. So five stars for Lion Rock. If this was a review of Buyagift it would be two stars if I was being charitable.

As a lifelong Arsenal fan this tour turned out to be the perfect Fathers Day gift. The process of submitting the code, getting the audio guide and starting the tour was very quick. Our first view of the pitch and stadium was incredible. All the staff at the ground were helpful and chatty. Highlights were walking through the tunnel on to the pitch, seeing the changing rooms and dreaming that we could afford to watch a match from the diamond lounge. Perfect.

Voucher for my 60th. When given menu was underwhelmed, disappointed and expectation was low. My word how wrong were we. The food was exceptional. The presentation perfection. The staff were amazing. We had anticipated being treated differently to paying guests as we had a voucher. Not at all. When they heard it had been a birthday gift we also got a complimentary dessert which was a lovely welcome treat. Overall our experience was fantastic. The staff made all the difference. It has given me the courage to buy vouchers. You really are treated well.
