Perfect for anyone who has ever wanted to fly a plane, this exciting treat will see you in the cockpit of a yellow T67 Firefly aircraft with a real ex-military instructor! Your instructor will show you everything you need to fly like a fighter pilot, from take-off and turning to a variety of manoeuvres – including barrel rolls, loops and the Cuban eight.

Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please note: this experience is available on Saturday only. Your experience will last approximately 2 -3 hours: flying time is around 35 minutes and briefing time is around 30 minutes. Suitable for ages 12 and over. Weight limit is 17 stone. Minimum height 5ft. Maximum height 6ft 5". It is essential that you wear light flat shoes with good grips - trainers are ideal. You will be required to complete a medical declaration before flying. Participants over the age of 61 must produce a doctor's note confirming your suitability to fly. The operators are fully insured for both pubic liability and personal risks. Flying is subject to weather conditions and you must call the weather line before departing for your experience. All dates are subject to availability.

Thrilling
I had Mags as my co pilot and she was amazing. She gave me all the confidence to carry out the aerial maneuvours myself. Being able to hunt down another plane was phenomenal! Exceeded my expections! A must for thrill seekers!

Great gift
Great experience once it happened! We were asked to be there at 1:00pm (time changed from the original at 12:00) and were not taken up until 3:30 because there were other people in front of us. Wish we would have been told and we would have left later from Chicester rather than rushing in the morning. Having said that really fun for both our boys who came back looking very green but had an amazing experience.

Unbelievable
My wife brought me the top gun experience for my birthday, I can honestly say it was one of the best days i have ever had! The instructor was very informative and showed me how to do the acrobatics in the bull dog, then i did them myself, AMAZING!! I can't reccommend this enough, if i had the chance i would do it again!!

Top Gun is so my favourite film ever and not just because of Tom Cruise! I am always jealous of those fighter pilots flying their planes at breakneck speeds! When my darling boyfriend gave me this gift experience voucher I was excited for months! The day did not disappoint! I was strapped into a parachute(!) and climbed into the cockpit of my aeroplane and off we went! The flight school took really good care of me and I even got to chase the tail of another jet!

This really was one of the best days of my life. Flying gives you one of the most amazing rushes ever. The best bit though is when you get to tail-chase another plane which is just incredible although a little nerve-wracking at first!
