SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.

Great place to visit
Lots to see and do. You get a set time for the concorde experience, so you can plan your day around that. The concorde guide was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Definitely worth a visit.
Do go on the Sultans plane though! It's not mentioned very much, but inside is 'wow'
