Afternoon Tea for Two at Moonfleet Manor 1073633

The place is so remote. Really lovely setting and the afternoon tea was one of the nicest I've had.

Really lovely took two friends with us all enjoyed the afternoon.

This was a gift from our daughter who knew we had been to The Moonfleet Hotel before and had much enjoyed it. On this occasion we were lucky with the weather and sat outside on their pleasant patio area. The tea was delicious - and plenty of treats to eat. The service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed a lovely walk along The Fleet afterwards. A much-appreciated gift!

I have been to Moonfleet Manor before but several years ago when I was a child but unfortunately I only remember very minor details about the place, however the parts I do remember were exactly the same. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, they let myself and my partner choose where we would like to sit and we decided to sit by the window to look out over the water. It was beautiful! As for the afternoon tea well that was out of this world, incredibly tasty and very nicely put together. The staff always made sure we were topped up with teas and coffees and were satisfied with our experience. I can’t thank them enough, I highly recommend this manor. My partner and myself very much enjoyed our belated anniversary present! Thank you from the bottom of both our hearts. We hopefully be back in the not to distance future. :)

The staff were helpful at reception. One of us is on Gluten free diet when the tea arrived it was not Gluten free the waiter did not seem to understand. The restaurant was not what expected more like an ordinary cafe

A most unusual yet high quality hotel . We are not a couple with a young family but those who are will be delighted with this very atmospheric hotel with facilities for the whole family.

The ambience of the venue was lovely very well looked after by all of the staff and the cream tea was excellent 10 out of 10 will go again

Better taken in summer when you can go into garden area.

A fantastic afternoon tea treat in a wonderful old place full of character. We combined it with a weekend away and the staff can’t do enough for you without being too OTT. Moon fleet Manor is situated in a beautiful spot with great views, the walks from the front door are spot on and they will even lend you welly boots if needs be! Great food, great cocktails, great place, would highly recommend.

I bought this as a birthday treat for my mum. Lovely, quirky venue. You can chose whether to sit in the restaurant or one of the two lounges. Attentive staff. Food great, there was plenty!
