A relaxing afternoon
We had a lovely time cruising leisurely down the canal with Mark, our very friendly, knowledgeable guide. The afternoon tea was tasty and filling. We stopped half way for a lesson and demonstration on the use of locks and then returned to our starting point. We saw lots of wildlife on the trip and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the canal. Wonderful afternoon.
We really enjoyed our Afternoon Tea at The Slug and Lettuce, Bromsgrove. The food was good quality and the staff (especially Daniel) were very helpful. We will definitely come back again - thank you.

Great afternoon
We had our afternoon tea at the Metropolitan in West Didsbury. Lovely pub/restaurant. The sandwiches were really nice, on varying breads. The sweets were good especially the mini rhubarb and custard. We had to take our scone home as we were full. My friend enjoyed her passion fruit martini and I had generous quantities of earl grey tea. A very pleasant way to spend an afternoon!
