Great afternoon
Had a lovely afternoon, aboard the canal boat, for afternoon tea.
The food was lovely and plentiful, with a great choice of sandwiches and cakes.
The skipper was very friendly and knowledgeable, about the nature and birds on the canal.
I even had a go at steering the boat.
Throughly enjoyable afternoon.

Lovely setting. Wonderful friendly staff. We've had several afternoon teas elsewhere, but The Artea has surpassed them all. The inclusion of having a plate of warm savoury was unexpected. A unique small gift shop to browse.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. The selection was great too! a nice mix of sweet and savoury treats and everything tasted fresh. Really enjoyed it! Lovely gift
