Afternoon Tea in Suffolk

Having the afternoon tea in the castle setting, nestled amongst the woods was fantastic! The tea itself was lovely- very good quality and just the right amount. The service was great- the waitress who was attending to us was friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Superb afternoon tea in beautiful location. Great service and delicious food

We were gifted the bottomless Gin/Fizz afternoon tea at the Mill, we live 30 mins away - so decided to grab the train so we could both enjoy the hospitality. The Food was plentiful and fresh, the staff were super attentive, and the selection of gin included flavoured, which was a nice surprise. We are not massive "drinkers" but the staff refilled each time our glass was empty, and even offered us a hot drink for the train ride home, which was a lovely touch on their part. The train is literally 1 min walk away - so it was ideal, and the venue was clean and spacious, we didn't feel we were on top of teh other afternoon tea-ers. I am already planning booking to take my mum, what a gem of a place - Thanks :)

We really enjoyed this experience. Our host 'Faith' was charming and attentive. The food was excellent and was very different from the usual afternoon tea but was a selection of mini savoury and desserts - an evening tea. The food was delicious and very well presented. The ambience was very welcoming and overall it was a delightful evening .
