Sharpen up your chopping technique and much more with this knife skills course at Ann's Smart School of Cookery. A demonstration of how to sharpen a knife will take place so that you can learn more about caring for the utensils. Choose to bring your own or use the professional Wusthof knives provided. You can also learn some advanced preparation skills, like boning and filleting, as well as some professional tips on preparing vegetables.
What do I need to know?

Had a great time at this workshop, learnt a lot.
The tutor was clear and precise, presented in a way it was easy to understand.
It was made clear that our needs were important and made sure they were met!
Making the giant buttons and the truffles was a complete eye opener to me , thoroughly enjoyable and leaving me with a desire to do more when I got home !
If you love chocolate you’ll love this course , I do and I did !
