Unexpected!!
We booked for axe throwing but had been booked in for a crossbow experience and ended up doing archery (at our request)! Totally unexpected!! The team at the venue were great. We had a really good time.
However, we are not so happy with Buyagift. This experience was advertised at a venue nearer to us but was not available as an option. Also, another experience we have booked (Birds of prey) was also advertised as being at a venue near to us, again this option was not available. Further, guests are not allowed and we had to pay another £25 on top for my wife to come along.

Good experience
This was good and a fun hour with a friend. The session was split into two parts which worked out better for us. We were a couple of minutes late as we were doing another activity before so were taken as a group of four to a smaller area taking it in turns to try to burst balloons with small axes. A far larger group were throwing axes at wooden targets. The groups were swapped half way through the session. However the bigger group seemed way too large for a one-at-a-time activity. From our point of view everything was fine though.

The axe throwing was so fun. Great instructor and other groups. We even got an axe stuck in a tree

great fun
had a great time axe throwing very well organised .
obviously given a safety brief but this didn't dominate or detract from actually having fun.
would recommend as something a little bit different to do.
