Two Hour Land Yachting Experience for Two

For an adrenaline rush with a difference, look no further than a spot of land yachting in a field at Kent’s Lydd Airport. A fabulous shared experience for two, you’ll receive expert tutoring from an experienced instructor to get you up to speed, quite literally, on how to handle these exciting and unique sailing vehicles. After being kitted up with a helmet and gloves for protection, you'll be briefed on all the safety protocols and be schooled out onto the specially marked course. You’ll be shown a number of different manoeuvres to get you turning with ease before you know it. Then, when you're ready, the course will be made bigger for you to really gather pace and push the land yachts to the limits! • A practice session on the small course to learn the techniques and then a fast-paced racing session on a bigger course, one hour each altogether

What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available week round, year round
• There is a £10pp supplement for weekends and bank holidays
• The driving experience is shared between two people, so you will receive an hour session each
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Maximum weight: 16 stone
• Please inform the supplier of any disabilities or medical conditions that may prevent you from participating
• You should wear suitable outdoor clothing
• You should allow approximately two hours and a half for the whole experience
• The supplier offers free off-road parking and the location has toilets and a café/restaurant and bar onsite
