Not worth the money
No staff to be seen throughout the whole day. I had to ask a lady doing the massage to turn in the music in the relaxation room. Not worth the money.

Lovely spa day as a birthday gift
Bought 4 vouchers on buy a gift for a spa day, vouchers were fairly easy to redeem. I had a problem with one and customer care were very helpful. As soon as redeemed the hotel contacted me and they were brilliant organising a time and date and which treatment we would like.
On arrival everyone was friendly and explained where to go. We started with afternoon tea which was lots different sandwiches and sweet treats to choose from. We then went to the pool and spa area which was lovely and clean and not too busy. We also could help ourselves to relaxing room and vold and hot drinks. We then had spa treatment very relaxing and adapted to suit.
Highly recommend. Amazing for price and great quality. X

Nice treat
Booked this last-minute, literally on the morning of the treatment. So easy to do. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Afternoon tea was lush. Massage was great. Pool and facilities were ok, but it was very busy.

Disappointed.
We were greeted by quite abrupt staff, there was no welcome or smiles. The jacuzzi was out of order and the pool was freezing cold, only to be closed shortly after we arrived.
Our afternoon tea: food was lovely, but again no frills in the service, no atmosphere and all very business like.
Following afternoon tea, we spent a brief few minutes in the steam room which smelt of damp towels, and then in the sauna. We then had to wait around for 2.5 hours after our treatment, as the facilities were so limited. We tried to bring forward the time of our treatments but couldn’t as they were fully booked all day.
No one told us where any of the rooms were, we found out from other guests who were equally dissatisfied.
We ended the day with our treatments which we couldn’t fault and were the highlight of the day.
Overall this was by no means the relaxing experience we wanted it to be. We met several members of the gym who commented that the facilities were frequently out of order and that the staff were not generally helpful. A very disappointing day, we won’t be returning.
