Great process but underwhelming experience
I received a spa day gift from my mum for Christmas. The booking process and experience was super straightforward but would have been great to easily be able to add treatments etc. The spa itself was underwhelming but the afternoon tea was scrumptious.

Afternoon Tea & Spa Catch-Up at Holland House
I had the loveliest afternoon tea and spa day with my sister — such a perfect way to relax and properly catch up.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The spa facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful escape from the everyday rush. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the sauna and relaxation areas, which felt tranquil and never overcrowded.
Afternoon tea was definitely a highlight! The presentation was beautiful, with a delicious selection of finger sandwiches, warm scones served with clotted cream and jam, and an assortment of gorgeous little cakes. Everything tasted fresh and indulgent, and there was a great variety of teas to choose from.
