What do I need to know?

• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• This experience lasts around 45 minutes; please allow up to one hour and 15 minutes at the venue
• Any participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over; in most cases, an adult must take part in the group unless otherwise stated
• One participating adult aged 18 years or over is required for every five participants under 18 years
• Minimum height: 1.25m
• Maximum weight: 130kg
• Participants must have a waist measurement of 120cm or less and an upper thigh measurement of 65cm or less
• Everyone must be able to walk and be physically fit; baby in arms are not permitted
• Warm, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather is recommended, with walking boots or trainers; some experiences require arms and legs to be covered
• Not all locations have level access; please contact the venue in advance to discuss any specific access requirements
• A waiver must be completed before taking part in this adventure
• The venue must be notified of any cancellations with seven days’ notice
• This experience is not dog friendly; only service dogs are permitted on site
