About the experience

You'll take part in either signature Reformer Pilates or an energising Circuit session, with individual guidance throughout. Set within a calm studio environment, this experience brings focused movement, a wellness shot, scented towel and the essentials for a confident one-hour session.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website

- You'll need to agree to Sentiré Pilates' legal terms before taking part
- Please wear workout leggings or shorts and a top; Pilates grip socks must be worn and are provided as part of this experience
- Participation is at your own risk; please inform the venue of any health conditions before attending
- Cancellations or rescheduling are free when made more than 36 hours before the booked experience, or less, subject to status; late cancellations will incur the full fee
