About the experience
Take time out for a wellness retreat at Sentiré Pilates in Belgravia, combining movement with restorative treatment. Your experience begins with a semi-private Reformer Pilates session, guided by a clinically-trained instructor in a small group. Afterwards, a wellness shot and scented towel set the tone before a restorative clinical massage treatment with an expert massage therapist rounds out the session.
What do I need to know?
