What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available Sunday–Friday until 9pm, year round
• Under 18s can enjoy tea and mocktail options until 4pm. Over 18s who wish to order alcohol must bring photo ID to confirm your age
• Bookings need to be made 48 hours in advance
• Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• The dress code is smart casual. Sports wear, tracksuits, and hats are not permitted. Smart trainers are acceptable
• Accessibility varies by location. Please check at the time of booking for confirmation of access
• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary
• All dates are subject to availability
• All amendments or cancellations for afternoon tea bookings require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your voucher being marked as redeemed, and it will no longer be valid for reuse
• If you do not attend your booking and have not attempted to amend or cancel it, your voucher will also be treated as redeemed
