  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
  • Infants aged 3 years and under go free
  • Your ticket is covered by the View Guarantee: if poor weather affects visibility of key landmarks, then you’ll receive a free return visit directly from the operator
  • The View from The Shard has full wheelchair access

  • Your voucher is valid for a maximum of two people
  • London locations only
  • Available week round, year round, excluding Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day and New Year's Eve
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Afternoon tea is served between 2pm–5pm
  • Must be reserved online at least 48 hours in advance
  • Buyagift vouchers cannot be used without prebooking
  • A unique code generated at the point of booking must be taken to the restaurant; without it you won’t be able to have your meal
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• There are exciting improvements being made to The Shard however this requires some maintenance which is taking a little longer than expected. Level 72 sky deck is closed until 3rd July. Some areas on Levels 68–69 may have limited access which may affect guests with limited mobility
