• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Bookings available from the 1st January 2026. This experience must be booked by the 1st May 2026
• The View from The Shard is available week–round, year round, excluding Saturdays, 27th–31st December, February half-term, Easter holidays and bank holidays. You may upgrade to these dates for an additional charge
• Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Minimum age: 18 years
• There is no maximum group size
• Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier
