- Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

- Cruises are available year round, excluding July, August, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
- There is no need to prebook your Thames cruise, simply take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
- Please bring your vouchers with you on the day
- All dates are subject to availability
