What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Available from 11 am to 4 pm week-round, year-round. This voucher covers off-peak entry on some dates throughout the current season, or can be used as part payment towards some peak dates, special event tickets or to visit during a later season
• Your voucher is valid for two people. Want a voucher for more people? Add extra people during the online booking journey
• Pre-book your preferred date and time online by following the instructions on your voucher. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before you wish to visit the attraction
• The recommended minimum age to visit The Edinburgh Dungeon is 8 years old. Children under 5 years old are not permitted to enter. Guests aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+), guests aged 16 or 17 years old must bring proof of their age in the form of an ID or a parent/guardian letter
