Set in 16 acres of beautiful countryside, this fine country house hotel will give you and your guest a warm welcome as you arrive for your afternoon’s indulgence. Seated in the restaurant, you’ll be served a delicious array of sweet and savoury bites, including mini quiches and classic finger sandwiches with fillings like honey roast ham and wholegrain mustard or smoked salmon and cream cheese. To satisfy your sweet tooth, indulge in an assortment of seasonal pastries and cakes! You’ll get a glass of prosecco each and the choice of a range of coffees or fine teas, including Sapphire Earl Grey, English Breakfast and White Pear & Ginger, with unlimited top-ups to complete the perfect afternoon tea experience.

Very good service, afternoon tea was lovely only the Victoria sponge very dry. Would have been helpful to have more venue choices in West Sussex.

Nice
Lovely surroundings and excellent staff however the tea itself was a ‘little light’ could’ve done perhaps with more sandwiches but the cakes were good overall an excellent experience
