About the experience
Inside The Portsmouth Distillery at Fort Cumberland, two guests will explore the origins of rum, the distillation process and how spices and flavours are developed. A guided tour and tasting follow, before blending and distilling a spiced rum, then refining it with tinctures and syrups. The finished blend is bottled as a 70cl take-home creation, with a final drink to close the class.
