About the experience
For those with a penchant for all things sweet, you’ll love a chocolate making class with a contemporary French afternoon tea for two at the Cake Boy Baking School. Experience all things chocolate as you will set about building and decorating one of Eric Lanlard’s legendary chocolate and raspberry tortes. Try your hand at pipping and fill delicious hazelnut praline truffles too. Your session will be followed by an afternoon tea where you can delight in a selection of filled petit pains, and mini pastries including French macaroons, fruit tarts and gourmet shots. Enjoy a glass of champagne each and a choice of hot beverages in a gourmet day out.
