Visit West Bay Beach and join a small group as you get to grips with basic paddleboarding skills. Learn from a qualified instructor how to stand up and use the correct techniques. - You will be required to complete a simple waiver before taking part
- A good level of fitness is required and any concerns over medical and health issues should be checked in advance
- You must be able to swim 50 metres
