• The arrival time is either 9.30am - 1.30pm with afternoon Tea at 12.15pm or 1.30pm - 5.30pm with afternoon tea at 1.45pm
• The maximum group size is 6 people
• Bring flip flops, gym wear and swimwear on the day
• Minimum age: 18 years. Guests wishing to add treatments must be 18 years
• After booking, you will be contacted by the spa up to seven days before arrival to ask any required health questions and arrange any treatments that are part of your experience
