What do I need to know?

- Check-in from 3pm. Please arrive 30 minutes in advance. Leisure access is from 12pm on arrival until 4pm on departure. Dinner is served from 5pm. Breakfast is served 6.30am–10am
- Minimum age: 16 years or over for spa treatments
- A medical questionnaire must be completed on arrival; please inform the venue of pregnancy, recent surgery or health conditions at the point of booking

Really lovely gift. The only issue was the spa facility quite a bit wasn't working, such as the steam room and a sauna room, some of the jacuzzi tubs weren't working and the showers to freshen up after weren't working either....so not the best. Would have been nice to have been told and then we could've changed our visit to another day and make it more worthwhile.

Poor value for money...do not buy!
Hotel is o.k. like any average travel lodge or premier inn. Restaurant menu is poor for anyone with allergies/intolerances or coeliac. I have to eat gluten free and the choice was salad for starter, steak or gammon for mains, no GF desserts, the hotel makes a profit on the £75 you've prepaid for the food as the choice is so poor. Drinks are extra coke is over £4 a glass. Breakfast only 5 items labelled gluten free (buffet so high chance of cross contamination) the menu said to ask for gluten free bread but they had none. Equally awful choices in the cafe. When we went to use the leisure facilities we were told you cannot use the spa on that package, communal female changing room with young boys getting changed in there. None of the lockers worked. Other reviews of this place tend to be older, check out newer reviews to get a realistic idea of what the place is like.
