- A medical questionnaire must be completed on arrival; please advise of pregnancy, recent surgery or health conditions at the time of booking
- Spa treatments are only available for ages 16 and over

Great gift
We had a lovely time. The room was lovely , had a balcony that opened out to the canal . The food in the restaurant was amazing . The spa was lovely and relaxing and had plenty of treatments on offer . We would definitely rebook to do it again

Value for money
The hotel is quite dated. The room smelt damp. The bed was comfy apart from the pillows may as well have been cardboard. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bar / restaurant was lovely and the food was fab. Great variety at breakfast.
Spa was nice. Although some facilities were out of order. And none of the lockers in the changing room lock.
The grounds were beautiful.
Value for money I suppose as this is a cheap deal.
