Not worth the voucher cost
I did not think that the choices of hotels for this voucher were great. Considering the value of this was around £200 there were hardly any hotels in London city actually available and we ended up using it on an airport premier inn that a nights stay at had we not been using the voucher was £69- breakfast was not even included with the voucher. The actual hotel was okay certainly not deluxe but fine to stay in one night due to a late airport arrival. I would not purchase this voucher for someone else.

Misleading not luxury
When buying this voucher for the value of £140 the hotels that are available are not in the location advertised. The ones you can book are premier inns and other hotels that you can book direct for a lower price between £70 and £90. If you want a luxury hotel you have to pay more. I paid an extra £36 so in total the premier inns was £176 in Hammersmith when I could have booked direct for £80. Very misleading and not what you think you’re getting. To book a hotel that is advertised your looking at £200-£400 extra

Could not amend booking
Due to my wife being sick we could not visit the hotel on the night we booked. I tried to get on the website and changed the booking but it was far too difficult and after half an hour I just said to give up and lose the money.

Worst hotel ever
Wanted to use voucher on London show, only to find only mid week seat were possible and then all had restricted view. So change for 1 night hotel booking. Says deluxe hotel !! What a joke. Booked Rose Court Hotel - real state of disrepair. Bathroom was disgusting. They reckoned it was a 3 star hotel. I would like to know how Buyagift think this hotel is deluxe or how they agree to list such a hotel on their site? Experiences on Buyagift are always mis-sold and I hope nobody buys me a Buyagift voucher ever again.
