Not impressed
Alot of the facilities were not working. Hdro pool out of use, hot tub was cold!

Best gift for my mum
Amazing hotel and amazing facilities. The 3 course lunch was absolutely delicious and really did exceed expectations. Definitely hoping to return in the future. Our package didn't come with a treatment which we had to add on for £75pp; however my mum did mention that this was the best massage she had ever had (done by Catherine). It did however come with the fire and ice included which was great however we didn't get our full time as the lady let us in late and we had a treatment booked straight after. Apart from this, was an absolutely perfect get away with my mum for her birthday.

Great Sunday stay
The lunch buffet was really good- couldn’t fault it in the slightest- and the same for the breakfast. The room was also brilliant. The fire and ice spa could have been better: the saunas were not up to the correct temperatures, there was one room which I’m convinced the heating was broken (the citrus one), and the tranquility room was just a room with loungers in it (I feel like it was a cop out rather than do something interesting/useful with the space). In addition, the igloo room could be colder and one of the tropical rain showers didn’t work. There was no receptionist at the time to help with the foot spa so guests were putting there feet in a sink bowl of warm tap water. Despite this, it was still a great experience and was worth the £140 we paid.

Lovely stay but spa a little outdated
We had a really nice stay. The 3 course Sunday lunch was lovely, as was the breakfast. The grounds and hotel room were lovely and we really enjoyed the driving range too. The spa was okay but just a little outdated. If it had a refurb, it could be amazing. I felt the price was very justifiable for the experience, but would be great if the spa had a revamp.
