Very disappointing
Went on a morning relaxing spa &lunch ..pool was lovely for first 10 minutes then an instructor came with very loud boom box to do an aqua aerobics class we ended up getting out as it was too loud .. went for lunch a horrific a dry sandwich and cheap tortilla crisps was so dry we had to leave it .. there was a squirrel in the restaurant running around the tables .. spa relaxing lounge was nice and massage was done by a lovely lady but we had to be out by 12 overall it cost over £150 for two people could have just saved a lot of money gone to our local swimming baths, which would’ve been quieter and gone for a pub lunch after. Very disappointing would not recommend

poor service, doesn't match to what we paid for
Not recommend this Luxury spa day treatment at all. Totally waste of money and your time.
I bought this for my husband's birthday treat. We were told to be there 9am. But the facility opens at 9:30am, so we had to wait for half an hour. The spa treatment was supposed to be 25 minutes, but both of us feel like it was finished within 15 minutes. The restaurant was open at 12:30noon, There was no waiter/waitress till 12:40. Drinks were served after 15 minutes of our order. Very simple lunch menu, my husband ordered a mustard ham sandwich with chips, it came with very thin white bread with mayonnaise and crips instead. Worst sandwich ever! My Ceaser salad was simple just ok. I took a photo of the food. There was no one to be seen to serve us. The waitress seems not bothered with us. No smile on her face, she brought the menu or food and disappeared for half an hour every time. We didn't finish the lunch and cancelled the dessert as just could imagine what dessert we could get, and how long it would take to be brought to our table. We didn't want to waste any more time there so escaped quickly with an empty stomach.
DO NOT BUY THIS SPA TREATMENT!
