About the experience
Settle into a Champneys spa of your choice for a full day dedicated to switching off together. Your day will include a 20-minute treatment each, with a choice of the soothing Head in the Clouds ritual or a relaxing facial. Between moments of calm, pause for a tasty lunch and make the most of the pools and thermal spaces. Robe hire is included for easy lounging, and access runs from 9am–6pm so there’s plenty of time to relax.
What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- This voucher is valid for two people
- Available week round, year round, excluding Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day
- Friday–Sunday bookings are available for a supplement charge, payable directly to the supplier
- Spa access is from 9am–6pm (nine hours)
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Choose from Champneys Tring, Springs, Forest Mere, Eastwell Manor, Henlow Grange or Mottram Hall
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking

Amazing Head in the clouds massage
I recently had a back, neck, and head massage at Champneys in Enfield, and it was pure bliss! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. My therapist, was incredibly skilled and attentive. She focused on all the right pressure points, melting away the tension I didn't even realize I was holding.
The head massage was especially divine – I felt all the stress just drain away. My neck and back feel so much looser and more relaxed now. I highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to de-stress and rejuvenate!

I’ve been visiting Champneys St Albans for a few years, Holly and Gemma are really lovely girls. I love the Head in the Clouds Massage, it’s so relaxing. Yesterday the therapist was excellent, I didn’t take her name but she asked if I had any concerns, I said I’d had some neck pain and a few headaches recently and she concentrated on my neck and shoulders which has really helped.
