What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• Available on selected dates, year round
• Minimum age: 13 years. Minimum age for alcohol consumption: 18 years, please bring a valid form of ID
• The cruise departs from Westminster Pier, with boarding at 7.45pm for a prompt 8pm departure – you will arrive back at 11pm
• Seating is pre-allocated before the cruise takes place; your voucher entitles you to a standard seat on board. Window seats can be purchased on board but are not guaranteed
• Most of the tables are located in the middle of the floor space and in very close proximity to each other, with each table (or pair of tables) seating four people – aisles separate them from the window tables, which seat two people only
• The boat keeps to a strict timetable so please ensure you arrive in good time as latecomers will be unable to board
• Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options are available but MUST be pre-booked at point of booking
• Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
• All products must be pre-booked and are non-refundable once booked. It is not possible to reschedule or refund for no-shows or late arrivals
