You’ll begin at the London Eye, the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel and an iconic part of the capital’s growing skyline. What do I need to know?

- The London Eye is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day

Was brought as a Christmas present..You book a date and time slot to queue, no check in, just go straight to the queue at your time, quick search and scan and your off...It took 30 minutes to do a full turn which is enough...Pods are not overcrowded which I expected, about 15-20 people which gives you plenty of room to see and admire all the different views of London from above.
Only complaint is the booking via Buyagift did not work for a few weeks and the London eye direct will not let you book direct with them even though you have a gift voucher number...I managed to get through to Buy a gift who confirmed a fault with their system which lasted a good 2 weeks so was a bit of a pain but got there in the end!.
