Great Hotel
Poor service buyagift as the voucher didn’t cover the stay and also although if I got a refund and rebooked I could have got 20% off although pointing this out and providing evidence this was ignored.
It is a very difficult process to achieve with waiting times in the hours to talk to the help desk…
