Won’t be coming back
I’ve already slated the hotel off on another site but buyagift, wow! The gift to give people you don’t like. Endless bouncing about. Unable to trace your account. Balances not adding up. Extra charges that you can’t use your balance on. Slow, damn slow customer service. I’m waiting now. An estimated 9 minutes is 15 already. The maddest part was it would have been £40 cheaper just turning up at the hotel. Absolute liberty!!!

Lovely stay
Had a lovely stay. The reviews on Trip Advisor were not good but we found nothing to complain about. Room was clean & staff were friendly & helpful, food as part of the package was excellent

Nice location
Well-situated hotel near the motorway. Surrounded by fields for walking and there is an old railway line opposite also to explore.
Room was rather small but cleaned well by the friendly staff.
Good base for visiting historic houses, St Albans and Redbourn village.

Was ok
Was a nice place but a few staff members wernt too helpful and breakfast was terrible other than that was ok if you was going to a funeral no music in bar could not even be bothered to make cocktails, wont be returning
