Lovely authentic caravan. Very cosy. Showers and toilet block spotlessly clean . Site very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with public transport at top of road . Would definitely go again. Great value for money

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff were friendly & had excellent customer service skills, made eye contact all the time. Our room was clean & very comfortable.

Staff at buyagift were very helpful. Had some difficulties when booking so contacted them and they went out of their way to help and resolve the issue.

Amazing show. Definitely worth watching. The only thing that spoilt it was the seats are really uncomfortable and hardly any leg room

Very pleasant hotel and good food. We upgraded our room to a premium room which was fabulous. Massage was very soothing and nice relaxation room for afterwards.

We had a fantastic time at Holiday Inn, Liverpool. Hotel, parking, city fabulous. Buyagift website for booking, however, very difficult (to put it mildly) very difficult to navigate, needs to be much more straightforward, someone buys you that gift for what it is, for that amount of money and options displayed should not be asking for more and more extra money on top of that. Just display what is actually included in the voucher.
