Lovely authentic caravan. Very cosy. Showers and toilet block spotlessly clean . Site very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with public transport at top of road . Would definitely go again. Great value for money

Staff at buyagift were very helpful. Had some difficulties when booking so contacted them and they went out of their way to help and resolve the issue.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, the staff were friendly & had excellent customer service skills, made eye contact all the time. Our room was clean & very comfortable.

Just had a lovely couple of days here. You really feel the relaxed atmosphere when you go in and Nicky and Mark the owners are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, tidy and clean with all you need for a short break. The building itself is quirky and well maintained with lots of nice little touches that keep you looking out of interest, much nicer than these large sterile modern hotels. Breakfast was good and we had a great evening in the bar with Mark and some other guests, a real "must" to get the background and feeling of the place. We would happily go back to see them when the opportunity arises.

Very pleasant hotel and good food. We upgraded our room to a premium room which was fabulous. Massage was very soothing and nice relaxation room for afterwards.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn, Lincoln. This relates to a gift received for a Theatre night in London. We were able to change the voucher and the date very easily through the Buy a gift options.

Excellent hotel, great food and superb staff. Excellent location.
