Brilliant stay at the Swan in coalbrook Shropshire

We had a great two night stay the room was very good and clean. It was nice to have a huge tv as some hotels have the smallest ones which is a job to see. The staff were amazing , sorry can’t remember their names but the new girl who worked in the restaurant was very efficient and good at her job very attentive to. The lady at the reception was so lovely and helpful also as was the guy who was the manager. Overall can’t fault any of them. We were so pleased as you never really know till you arrive what it’s like but were not disappointed we would certainly go back and recommend also. We’ll done to you all, and thanks for making our trip so enjoyable

Had a great time at the murder mystery evening at the Elmbank York hotel. It was an entertaining and funny dinner, and the event felt pretty immersive and interactive with the actors sitting with all the guests.

Absolutely fantastic stay the fishing was amazing the owners were very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back sooner rather than later Highly recommend thank you for a brilliant break

Excellent pod location and reasonably well equippede for a 1 or 2 night stay. Close location to toilet/shower block. Great golf course and good breakfast/food in club house. Overall a great stay and would go again

Had a one night stay, With dinner bed and breakfast . It was all superb - the food, hotel, staff.. all very pleasant indeed and fantastic value for money , great location too. . I would recommend and am sure we will be back

What a fantastic birthday gift, the murder mystery evening was fully engrossing, the actors were really professional, they played their parts very convincingly and fully included all the guests. All the staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and worked really hard until the early hours. The 3 course meal was absolutely delicious, everything really enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, a real treat to end our overnight stay, we ended up trying everything and going back for more. The whole package was extremely good value for money. We will definitely be booking again

This was bought as a gift, as we often visit our grandson ,and sometimes it’s nice to stay for a few days and catchup with friends as well. This gave us a choice of several hotels with an additional fee. Allowed us to choose a hotel with favourable Accessibility facilities. We were able to extend the time frame of the voucher as well with no problem

Never knew we could use our voucher in southern Spain, but we did and had a lovely holiday in a brilliant apartment and complex, cheers
