Beautiful hotel, lovely staff who were very accommodating and so kind . The hotel has a lovely indoor pool , steam room and sauna , gym as well I can’t fault this place at all - ideal location for visiting York along with 24 hr parking at a small fee . Best few days in York

2 mums and 2 daughters night away, we had a fabulous time , could not fault the Spa at all, so friendly, fab food, and a fantastic massage , thank you Malvern spa we will be back

Fantastic value, we had an amazing time. Great feature room, amazing food, good service. This is the fourth time Iv brought a gift voucher. Every time has been great value and an amazing experience. Good service from the team if you have any issues, sorted out straight away.
