Beautiful hotel, lovely staff who were very accommodating and so kind . The hotel has a lovely indoor pool , steam room and sauna , gym as well I can’t fault this place at all - ideal location for visiting York along with 24 hr parking at a small fee . Best few days in York

2 mums and 2 daughters night away, we had a fabulous time , could not fault the Spa at all, so friendly, fab food, and a fantastic massage , thank you Malvern spa we will be back

When we turned up we thought why is the spa near an aldi, but we were so pleased when we arrived. I was delayed due to a motorway accident and they moved my treatment to the next day without bother. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was lovely, and the food was fantastic. We had a lovely break, thank you for making it a lovely birthday treat.

Lovely hotel with great food. Played two rounds of golf at Rodway which was a nice course. Good value.

All staff were amazing! Room was a little warm but the view was stunning so didn’t tv want to change it (even though I was offered the option)! A few places to eat close by and a few attractions like canoe and Kingfisher cruise (boat ride- well worth it!). A very family otientated location and the hotel was accommodating with parking, breakfast, kids and just everything in general. Loads of trails etc near by as well! Amazing stay!
