Rena Spa

This was a gift for mum - whose been poorly this year - I’ve not seen mum this relaxed and she actually went swimming after her treatment, something she hasn’t done all year not even on holiday. Staff were superb & we were well looked after - I will be booking again.

We had a glorious day. We now have lovely memories.

Amazing spa experience for my mum’s birthday. The spa is clean, smells amazing, the staff are polite and helpful, the spa facilities where not over crowded like others I have been to, changing rooms are clean and have working hairdryers and styling tongues. We upgraded our treatments for a minimal cost but well worth it, I had a back and head massage with the right amount of pressure requested and a facial that left made skin looking glowing ??Harriet was lovely and the first time I’ve fell asleep on an experience . Our lunch upstairs was delicious we had a chicken burger that was filling and again staff so helpful . We will definitely be booking again Thank you Rena spa and the Midland.

From arriving at 9:45 we had the most wonderful experience. We both had back shoulder neck head & scalp massage which was absolutely amazing . Felt so relaxed the relaxation room is amazing as is the pool sauna & steam room. All staff were so helpful and very professional. We had a light lunch afterwards and the food and service was again outstanding.

My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.

Really pleased with this spa deal, great value for money, lovely facilities and amazing massage. The light lunch included was really nice and myself and my partner were pleased with the extra care given to escort us upstairs and ensure we had everything we needed! Staff made the experience that bit more enjoyable and we both walked away feeling the most relaxed we’ve felt in a VERY long time!!
