A Lovely Day
Enjoyed my spa day which was a Christmas gift. Jess was very helpful in advising what was where and helped me out with loan of a locker token as I didn't have a pound. Limited food options available but the Waiter (sorry, didn't get your name) was very accommodating and went over and above in ensuring my optimal dining experience. Felt very relaxed after my treatment, thank you Alicia and after my day at the spa. Feeling zen now.

Mum & daughter spa day
From arriving at 9:45 we had the most wonderful experience. We both had back shoulder neck head & scalp massage which was absolutely amazing . Felt so relaxed the relaxation room is amazing as is the pool sauna & steam room. All staff were so helpful and very professional. We had a light lunch afterwards and the food and service was again outstanding.

The best gift
My friends treated me to this gift for my birthday and it was one of the best gifts I’ve been given. The spa was so lovely, with complimentary tea and coffee, robes and slippers included and the lunch was very tasty too. They even had non alcoholic bubbly for those who don’t drink. My treatment was amazing. Almost put me to sleep. I must book a room here and come back.
