Our afternoon tea was lovely.
After a problem with our venue we were transferred to another one. Didn't quite know where we were going but we found it. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They were very polite.

Brilliant service, excellent communication
Huge variety of gifts to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.

Best gift ever!
I bought this gift to a friend, and was the best gift I could have got her! Not only was walking the alpacas amazing, but the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Even with Current circumstances with COVID, the staff remained professional and made the day feel as normal as possible. The alpacas are so cute and all had such different personalities! Would definitely recommend going!
