Excellent afternoon tea
Beautiful historic building and grounds.
Because we had our small Pug dog with us we had to sit in the bar rather than the restaurant, which was not a problem, the bar was very pleasant.
We were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco and shortly afterwards a nicely prepared afternoon tea. There was a good variety of sandwiches and cakes, all very fresh and plentiful.
An enjoyable afternoon tea was enjoyed by both of us, however, a slightly poor level of service was experienced. An excellent product was let down by nobody asking if we needed anything or if everything was okay, this was despite members of staff constantly coming and going to and from the room.

Champagne afternoon Tea
Very enjoyable tea, asked for more sandwiches than cakes , the fillings were really lovely also requested just cheese for my fussy husband and this was also undertaken. All requests were carried out with ease. Would recommend.

Brilliant service, excellent communication
Huge variety of gifts to choose from. Easy to follow instructions. SOmetimes some offers can catch you out in terms of booking initial voucher then having to pay substantially more for a specific date/tour etc so I would recemmned you to read all details and find out inforamtion via emails/phone calls before purchasing anything. Other than that, the process and events are outstanding.

Very friendly atmosphere and the staff were very attentive. Our afternoon tea was really good and plentiful and we could have fill ups on our teas and coffees. I would certainly visit here again. Good value for money too!

Tiny but worth it
What a lovely little place with only about 8 tables but good choice of sandwiches and beautiful homemade cakes and scones. My only suggestion was that if you want a second drink you have to pay for it separately as additional tea etc is not part of the voucher like most afternoon teas.
