Afternoon Tea in Shropshire

We were celebrating a friends' Silver anniversary , and could not have been more delighted with it all. The welcome on arrival, attentive and prompt service made the whole occasion an afternoon to remember for us all. Thank you so such!

We had a lovely view and a delicious afternoon tea. Mini fish and chips, ham hock, sandwiches and delicious cakes.

Excellent service excellent tea

We went to the slug and lettuce, hanover street - the food was very good and the service was excellent. The afternoon tea was much better than expected instead of just plain bread for the sandwiches it was focaccia and brioche and the dessert was very good quality. Surroundings were clean and beautifully presented. Very instagrammable and modern designs

We booked an afternoon tea and were welcomed with a smile and an explanation of everything included. The service was excellent, as was the afternoon tea with a difference. A refreshing change from the normal offering and we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely go again next time we are in the area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and couldn't have done more.

Everything about this experience was very good. Easy to find location, large car park, clean and tidy tearoom, plenty of fresh quality sandwiches, cakes, scones and tea, friendly and efficient staff, even a tablecloth to make the experience that little bit special. Will definitely return.
