Afternoon Tea in Staffordshire

Fantastic afternoon tea, lots of sandwiches, delicious cakes and scones, great choice of teas and coffee and amazing friendly service in beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be going back.

Visited the Lowry Hotel for Sunday lunch today. The food was as expected, first class. Trout Rillettes and Cod and Chorizo fishcakes as starters followed by Roast Sirloin and Roast leg of Lamb, both cooked pink and both were extremely tasty. We had a glass of house red to accompany our meal and for a house red, it was more than palatable. The food was served on a hot plate and it made all the difference. Lemon meringue and steamed Bakewell tart to follow. Extremely good value.

We went to the slug and lettuce, hanover street - the food was very good and the service was excellent. The afternoon tea was much better than expected instead of just plain bread for the sandwiches it was focaccia and brioche and the dessert was very good quality. Surroundings were clean and beautifully presented. Very instagrammable and modern designs

My son got me the gift, two course meal for two. Easy to book, great service at the slug and Lettuce, lovely meal. A brilliant idea for a gift

We have been enjoying the food at the Three Horseshoes for many years but have been unable to go there recently. It was, therefore, great to have the most delicious afternoon tea there today. It was served very punctually by friendly and efficient staff in a dining room with plenty of space and was thoroughly enjoyed by both of us.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Patisserie Valerie. The staff were really friendly and attentive, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. The selection was great too! a nice mix of sweet and savoury treats and everything tasted fresh. Really enjoyed it! Lovely gift

When we arrived here for afternoon tea, we found out I hadn't redeemed my voucher correctly, the lovely lady attending to us was so helpful in fixing our issue, we couldn't fault her, the afternoon tea was very well presented, and looked so inviting when it arrived on our table, have recommended to friends and would definitely visit here again if we came back to london

Food was all delicious, first time I have ever liked all of the cake options on an afternoon tea! Coffee pot was replenished and fizz was a nice extra. Pub is lovely, fire was on which was nice too.

One of the best Afternoon Tea's I've had. Lovely choice of sandwiches, cakes and desserts. Beautiful location and excellent service. Would definitely recommend here to family and friends.
