This was first class from welcome to finish. The food was excellent the staff were lovely and nothing too much trouble. One of the best afternoon teas we’ve had. And we have had quite a few.

What a lovely afternoon we had with pleasant and very helpful staff. Food freshly prepared and explained nicely when it arrived at the table what was included on the tea stand. Because it was my birthday I also had an additional tray of 2 cakes decorated. It was an afternoon to remember.

Great gift, simple to redeem, excellent retailer slug and lettuce
We went to the slug and lettuce, hanover street - the food was very good and the service was excellent. The afternoon tea was much better than expected instead of just plain bread for the sandwiches it was focaccia and brioche and the dessert was very good quality. Surroundings were clean and beautifully presented. Very instagrammable and modern designs

Delicious food, lovely setting
One of the best afternoon tea fare with tasty sandwiches and lovely cakes scones in a an intimate sitting room. Good access to room (flat, automatic doors) and attentative waiter a bonus. Some service slowness and a "waiting room" quietness on conversation avoided being 6 star
