Perfect location for a scrumptious Afternoon Tea
Lastingham Grange is the most perfect place to book for an afternoon tea being situated in a prime position in the pretty Yorkshire village of Lastingham. Booking was straightforward and on the day staff were very helpful and courteous while the food and drinks were first class. We were shown into a lovely lounge with comfortable couches and/or chairs and our food was brought to us. There were another 3 groups but the room was big enough so there was plenty of space between tables that conversations could be carried on without causing distraction to other diners. I would certainly recommend this experience.

Lovely setting
What a lovely place to enjoy afternoon tea. We visited on a lovely afternoon and had our afternoon tea in the beautiful garden. The tea was delicious too..especially the scones!

Relaxing beautiful place
The place was amazing. The staff attentive & friendly. The food yummy. Whilst we had a lovely time this was not the gift bought for us. We went on the website the day after the original gift of a train ride was bought to be told the train ride was no longer available. Since having this gift bought we have heard from so many people with similar stories so it looks like they are selling activities that don’t actually exist. You are then stuck with having to book something to the value of the gift or pay a lot more money extra for other activities as there is no refunds. So, as I say Lastingham Grange well worth a visit but stay clear of Buy A Gift.

Cosy and quiet
Lastingham was a beautiful place to have afternoon tea. The food was to a great standard and very tasty. Scones were lemon, so even better.
Staff were extremely welcoming and polite.
It is definitely a place to sit, relax and enjoy. I would highly recommend.
