Beautiful Spa
I went to the Mercure Brands Hatch for a Blissful Soa Day with my friend .,We each had a 25min treatment and stayed at the Spa until 7.30pm and it was just the most relaxing time . Thank you

Relaxing Day
We had a brilliant day at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch, all the staff were so friendly, good facilities and the massage very relaxing.

Perfect relaxation
We had lunch before signing into the spa. Would strongly recommend.
The jacuzzi and pool area was very clean. The steam room was very good although a bit too hot for me.
The 25 minutes massage was perfect.
(I don't think it was very perfessional for the girl to be in hair rollers, but it didn't spoil the time to relax.)
Can understand, but the arrival of very noisy children at the pool, changed the ambiance

Spa day
Overall the day was ok but the hot tub was out of service (we were not notified of this prior as we should have been), and the 25 minute massage was only 15 minutes even when questioned so we didn’t get what we paid for

Disappointing
On the day our spa was booked, there were massive road closures due to the closure of the M25 as a lorry had caught fire the night before and the M26 was also
Closed off, traffic was impossible and a 35 minute journey took us 2 hours to get to the hotel. We missed our booked treatments and was told by the spa to contact buyagift to try and get a trek d or rebook. Couldn’t find a contact number for buy a gift and had to use the chat bot to be told it was up to the spa to try and reschedule our booking, showed them the message on my phone and they refused to reschedule our spa day for us. We had a drink and bought lunch in the hotel bar, which took ages to arrive and when it did the chips with our meal were over fried, could squeeze the fat out of them, complained and they got us different ones but they were still not good, didn’t offer us a refund for our food despite us not eating it. Not impressed with buy a gift or the hotel. Impossible to contact buy a gift.
