After a warm welcome and safety briefing, get hands on with a series of recipes created to help balance blood sugar, from baked salmon with herb-infused quinoa to hearty lentil and sweet potato tagine, chickpea salad and turmeric-spiced dahl. Cooking step by step, you gain practical tips to recreate every dish confidently at home.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• Please allow around five to five and a half hours at the venue
• Minimum age: 13 years
• Dietary information is requested in advance and the provider aims to accommodate all requirements
• There is a supplementary charge for vegan or kosher options due to additional ingredients; typically £10 per day for vegan menus and kosher pricing is confirmed case by case
• Please bring suitable containers to take home food prepared in class
• There is no disability access at this venue
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Changes made with less than 28 days' notice may result in the booking or voucher being forfeited
• Provide dietary requirements within 24 hours of booking and raise them with the supplier at least 28 days before the class
